There was an Owners’ Forum. It commenced at 10:02 a.m.

The following topics were briefly discussed: 1) Suggestion to provide Instructions to guests for
trash/recycling removal; 2) Security Guards now on AOAO payroll; 3) Suggestion to have Security
monitor trash areas for cleanliness; 4) Aloha Waste pickup on Saturdays; 5) Gate Code changes to
deter non-resident use of the pool and the dumpsters; 6) Suggestion to Improve Security with guards
onsite all day Saturday and Sunday; 7) Addition of more security cameras; 8) Send guests House
Rules in advance; and 9) Pet Policy, “pets not allowed except support animals”.

The Owners’ Forum ended at 10:09 a.m.
